Refunds, Exchanges, and Return Policy

Refunds:
All sales are FINAL.

Refunds will not be given for the following reasons:

  • Purchasing the wrong size
  • Accidental Purchasing
  • Buyers' Remorse

Refunds will only be given if your request has been accepted.

Exchanges and Returns:
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to inspect your product and contact us about any errors and to request an exchange.

Returns will only be accepted for items that arrive with excess damage or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if you received the wrong item or you received an item with excess damage.

If your exchange or return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for our clothing, home goods, accessories and other merch for any reason.

 **For returns/exchanges, the buyer is responsible for paying postage and returning the damaged item. Once we have received your item, we will then send out your exchanged item free of charge.**

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Pins:
Excess damage for pins includes: bent posts, large noticeable scratches (.25” or larger) on the front of the pin and/or large dents.

Exchanges for damaged pins are only made if you are the original purchaser.

Blind bags will be replaced with the same variant you received, UNLESS we are out of that same variant, in which case it will be replaced with another blind bag.

Clothing/Home goods/Accessories/Other Merch:
Sales are final for all clothing, home good, and other accessories/merch.

Our apparel, home goods, and other accessories are made to order and we do not offer size or product exchanges or returns. Please read sizing charts carefully.

If you receive an incorrect item, or if the item arrives with excess damage, please reach out to us within 14 days so we can evaluate the issues and contact our supplier for a solution.
